Hello, I’m Renata Karlinskaite — a certified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, and Confidence & Self-Esteem Coach.
I offer online counselling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy via secure video or phone sessions, as well digital and hypnotherapy programs and guides.
My role is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, heal past wounds, and develop new ways of thinking, feeling, and living.
